A candlelit yoga practice to end your day. A slow yet powerful healing practice. Yin Yoga is a practice of holding poses on the ground for a few minutes at a time to ease deeper into the postures and receive healing benefits, releasing tense energies. This practice helps relieve anxiety, create a safe space to let go and strengthens and lengthens the connective tissues of the body. This is a class for deep releases in the cells, bones and energetic body.
