Learn to experience the benefits of meditation such as mental clarity, increased self awareness and decreasing stress. This will be an entry level meditation for anyone interested in practicing the basics of how to calm the mind and allow yourself to be in the present moment. You will be guided through the simple process of slowing down thoughts and connecting to the breath. Please bring a journal, water and option to bring your own blanket and pillow.
